I'm going to try and keep this section as up to date as possible. One thing I will not be listing and providing a description for is all of the Demo/Company Cars I have had. Although my favourites I will list and give a quick opinion on!

MINI COOPER D CHILI (Sam's) MANUAL - Delivered; August 08 (08 Plate / Private Reg) Extras; Chili Red with Black Roof and Bonnet Stripes, 17" Flame Alloy, Multi-function Steering Wheel with Cruise Control, Piano Black Dashboard Inserts, Chili Red and Black Seats, & Chili Pack. About; When we originally looked at replacing the Mini, we were going to Opt for an Cooper S. But we looked at all of the details including Fuel Costs, Road Tax, Insurance and Residual Value. Although the Standard Cooper has a better residual to a Cooper D, with the price of Petrol and Road Tax going the way it is, we decided to go with the Cooper D. Plus after driving both, the power in the lower end of the rev's is much better and feels quicker. Plus this car averages about 65mph thanks to its start stop system. |

Renault Megane (New Shape) 1.9 DCI Privilege - Nice Spec, beige leather interior - try and get the dark leather. Really nice to drive and quite responsive, but I cannot get the seating position right. Buy this from - www.renaultderby.sunwin.co.uk
Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.8 CRD Limited - Loads of gadgets including DVD screens in the rear, automatic door and boot opening, Sat Nav with Hard Drive Entertainment System and iPod control! Full leather on all 7 seats! Engine is alright but the automatic gearbox seems to confuse itself. Was getting about 30mpg out of it. The only reason I would buy this car is for the gadgets!
Renault Laguna Coupe - 2.0DCI 180bhp - This car looks fantastic front and back, interior looks the same as the Standard Laguna and as expected the rear seats are limited. But you don't buy one of these cars for the limited space. Driving the car is fantastic, very quick with fantastic response on accelleration. 4 wheel steering feels weird but not scary! Renault Megane Coupe 2.0 TCE Engine - I probably sound a bit one sided on this car as it I drove it the day my Scirocco was delivered, but Renault have done a nice job of the interior and all of the controls feel really good and actually better than the New Laguna. The engine is great but still not as nice as the Scirocco. But would definitely recommend it! You can also buy this from www.renaultderby.sunwin.co.uk
Nissan X-Trail 2.0 dCi Aventura - I really enjoyed driving this car, very comfortable and a pleasure to take anywhere. Not very thirsty even for an automatic. Full leather interior with heated seats. Multi Changer with MP3 reader and Bluetooth Phone. To keep the MPG up, you can swith the car in to 2WD only mode. You can buy one of these from www.nissanderby.sunwin.co.uk
Renault Koleos 2.0 dCi 175 Privilege - The car had loads of gadgets, Full Colour Sat Nav, Bluetooth, Aux Input, Full Leather and a nice engine mated to a 6 speed gearbox. But the ride was soft and spongey, and even going round the slowest corners made you feel like you were going to fall out. AUDI A4 AVANT 2.0 TDI S-LINE AUTOMATIC - DEL. July 08 (08 Plate) - Phantom Black Extras; DVD Sat Nav, 6-CD MP3 Compat. CD Changer, Pre-telephone Equipment, Metallic Paint. About; This car is a great drive, and being my first Audi I am overly impressed. The gearbox is fantastic and being Multitronic can adapt the Gear Ratios to my driving. When in S mode, the car flies with smooth and precise gear changes. Space in the car is always important and with this car, it excels itself. I have plenty of room on both the back seats and in the boot. The car's equipment is also important and the DVD Sat Nav system also includes 2 x Memory slots for MP3's. Update: I have recently just damaged one of my alloys and I am angry! |
 | MINI COOPER CHILI 1.6 - GONE (52 Plate / Private Plate) Silver Delivered; August 2007 EXTRAS; 17" Alloy Wheels, Metallic SIlver with Black Roof and Bonnet Stripes, CD Changer, Darkened Rear Glass - John Cooper Works Sound Kit ABOUT; This is the most fun you can have out of a little car, and with the Sound Kit the car sounded fantastic. Fuel averaged about 42mpg, even the way Sam drove it. Definately recommend a Mini to anyone! |
 | ALFA ROMEO BRERA 2.4 JTDM - GONE (07 Plate) - Del. Aug 07 Extras; Only Metallic Paint About; My first Alfa, probably won't be my last, but very unreliable! This car was such a nice drive... Everything about this car made you want to drive, and put your toe down! Even though this was a diesel it still had a very nice "Alfa" roar! and was extremely nippy. The car still returned 40mpg. Now for the bad bits - First day I had it, it broke down and almost had a fire - FAULTY WIRING LOOM. Key Lost its coding, Fuel Cut off switch activated, car would unlock on its own, boot would unlock on its own, boot button broke internally - 2 times, engine management faults. This car went in the garage no less than 10 times over the 10 month period! |

 | PEUGEOT 207 1.4 SE 5DR (56 Plate) - February 2006 Extras; Metallic Black About; This was Sam's car that we hired on the Staff Purchase Scheme at Sunwin Motors. The car was a great little run around and my Mum ended up renting it for the last remaining months. |
